The BW Offshore Graduate Programme

• We have a rigorous process for hiring our Young Talent, simply because we really want it to be a good fit for both the Company and the employee. Normally we have at least two rounds of interviews, as well as case studies.

• Our Graduate Programme spans over two years, providing you with both functional and cross-functional exposure and development opportunities.
• Our Graduates are considered integral members of the team from day one. You can anticipate a steep learning curve along with an engaging and challenging role within the company throughout the programme.

• We have a common start date for Graduates in August every year, with a common orientation plan for all graduates.

• We typically recruit Graduates in our main offices – Singapore, Oslo, and Aberdeen. The initial global orientation includes time in all three locations.

You’ll be supported by:

• You will work on real projects that contribute to BW Offshore’s operations and strategy. These include technical assignments on ongoing FEEDs and projects, cross-functional initiatives, assignment to support an asset in operation, and a Capstone Project with your cohort.
