Security

BW Offshore's FPSOs/FSOs are certified in accordance with the requirements in the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code.

The security policy of the company, the FPSOs/FSOs and company premises, is to prevent unauthorised access and to prevent the introduction of weapons and other dangerous devices or substances.

We achieve this by:

• Establish and implement security requirements, working methods and awareness.
• Develop, implement and maintain a Vessel Security Plan that identifies and informs the Offshore Installation Manager and crew of risks and required precautions to avoid security breaches.
• Make every individual responsible for being vigilant and take any reasonable precautions against security risks and report any abnormal activity or condition.
