BW Offshore's management System addresses HSE & Q in detail and is compliant with and certified in accordance with the International Safety Management Code for the safe operation of ships and for pollution prevention. It is also compliant with ISO 9001 (Quality Management), OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).

Our working methods include planning of all critical activities and making sure they are executed in compliance with procedures, guidelines and checklists.

The reporting system identifies accidents, near-accidents, non-conformities and make suggestions for improvements. We conduct regular audits and management reviews to ensure that the processes being followed achieve the goals that have been set, and that a continuous improvement process is being maintained.

The quality policy is to deliver FPSO services in accordance with the customers’, owner’s and authorities requirements. This is done by having skilled and competent staff, applying technical solutions and working methods in accordance with the BW Offshore standards.
