BW Offshore shall be committed to prioritize HSE matters in all our operations, for all our personnel and on all our units and premises. We believe in a zero incident philosophy, that all incidents resulting in harm to people, environment and property can be prevented. • periodically reviewing the HSE aspects, and establishing annual HSE goals and programmes to manage and improve our performance,
  • ensuring that we have competent and sufficient personnel,
  • influencing the knowledge, values, norms, ideas and attitudes of our personnel, in order to improve the HSE culture within the company.
